Tour Plan
Arrive in Arusha and transfer to your eco-lodge. Meet your guide for a cultural orientation and introduction to community-focused travel.
Enjoy a game drive in Tarangire, known for its elephant herds and ancient baobabs. Stay at a sustainable eco-lodge supporting wildlife conservation and local schools.
Visit a Maasai community and learn about their traditions, livestock lifestyle, and land preservation. Engage in hands-on cultural activities like bead-making or herding. Later, drive to your eco-friendly camp overlooking the Ngorongoro landscape.
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of wildlife spotting — lions, rhinos, hippos, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wild. Your park fees contribute to habitat conservation and community projects.
Experience a morning with the Hadzabe bushmen, one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Tanzania. Join them on a short traditional hunt and learn about their survival skills. Visit the Datoga blacksmiths, famous for metalwork and arrow-making.
After breakfast, return to Arusha for your departure. If time allows, stop at a local women's cooperative or craft market for souvenirs that directly support community artisans.
